Please attach complete plans, sketches, color chips, and/or other
appropriate information to this application. Fence requests require a
survey/plot plan. Compliance with Zoning & Planning regulations is the
responsibility of the homeowner. Please provide a copy of the permit
when obtained from the County. ACC/DRC approval of plans does not
guarantee County compliance.

The signed approval (by two members of ACC/DRC) is required prior to
commencing work on the proposed project.

Applicant acknowledges that the ACC/DRC shall have 30 days from the date
of the receipt to approve this application. Approvals are valid for
12 months from date of approval.
